Rule 560-8-1-.12. Export Cigarettes and Vapor Products - General

(1) No licensee shall buy, sell, store, or distribute cigarettes or vapor products that are packaged with the label, "For Export Only, U.S. Tax Exempt, For Use Outside U.S.," or a label with similar wording, indicating that the manufacturer did not intend for the product to be sold in the United States. (2) The purchase or sale of such cigarettes or vapor products will result in the revocation or suspension of the license or other disciplinary action. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 560-8-1-.12
