Rule 560-8-1-.12. Export Cigarettes and Vapor Products - General
- (1) No licensee shall buy, sell, store, or distribute cigarettes or vapor products that are packaged with the label, "For Export Only, U.S. Tax Exempt, For Use Outside U.S.," or a label with similar wording, indicating that the manufacturer did not intend for the product to be sold in the United States.
- (2) The purchase or sale of such cigarettes or vapor products will result in the revocation or suspension of the license or other disciplinary action.
