Rule 515-7-8-.01. Commission Authority and Scope

The Georgia Legislature has empowered the Georgia Public Service Commission to promulgate rules and regulations to establish Service Quality Measures (SQMs) for each certificated Marketer in Georgia. Cite as Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. R. 515-7-8-.01
