Fla. Stat. § 19.14
The Commissioner of Agriculture shall, before he or she enters upon the duties of office, take the oath of office prescribed by the constitution of the state.
1Note.--Section 46, ch. 98-34, provides that "[t]he provisions of this act do not affect a cause of action that accrued before [July 1, 1998]."
