Records of Meetings

108.1 The Secretary shall cause the creation of a formal record of the official proceedings of Commission meetings by tape recording. All written documents and materials of the Commission shall be maintained by the Secretary as the official record of the Commission.
108.2 The Secretary shall prepare a summary of attendance and actions officially taken at each meeting.
