D.C. Mun. Regs. tit. 29, § 5202
5202.1 Screening, Assessment, and Diagnostic services shall:
(a) Consist of an assessment, which is at least three (3) hours in duration;
(b) Be rendered once every six (6) months, unless additional billable units of service has been authorized; and
(c) Include the following services:
(1) Initial Assessment;
(2) Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment; and
(3) Ongoing Diagnostic Assessment.
5202.2 Screening, Assessment and Diagnostic services shall be delivered in accordance with the requirements set forth in Chapter 34 of Title 22-A DCMR.
5202.3 An ACT provider shall not be permitted to bill Screening, Assessment, and Diagnostic services, unless the result of the ACT provider's assessment is a determination that ACT services are not indicated for the consumer.
