Purpose and Applicability
Authority: The Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia (Commission), hereby gives notice, pursuant to section 34-802 of the District of Columbia Official Code and in accordance with section 2-505 of the District of Columbia Official Code. Pursuant to D.C. Code § 34-2000 et seq., this Chapter shall establish rules governing the provision of telecommunications services in the District. This Chapter shall apply to all telecommunications service providers within the District of Columbia.
