4019 ATTORNEY'S FEES - RENT ADMINISTRATOR

4019.1 All motions for an award of attorney's fees in a rental housing case shall be filed within thirty (30) days of service of the final order.

4019.2 When the Rent Administrator determines that it is appropriate to award attorney's fees, the award of attorney's fees shall be made in accordance with § 3825 of this title.
