4019 ATTORNEY'S FEES - RENT ADMINISTRATOR
4019.1 All motions for an award of attorney's fees shall be filed within ten (10) days after the final decision or order of the Rent Administrator is issued.
4019.2 When the Rent Administrator determines that it is appropriate to award attorney's fees, the award of attorney's fees shall be made in accordance with § 3825 of this title.
