1. (a) Except as provided in subsections (b), (c), (d), and (e) of this section, this subchapter shall apply as of October 1, 2016.
2. (b) Section 5-654 shall apply as of October 1, 2017.
3. (c) Section 5-652 shall apply as of October 1, 2018.
4. (d) Section 5-653|(a)|(1)|(B) and (b)(1)(B) shall apply as of October 1, 2023.
5. (e) Section 5-653|(a)|(1)|(C) and (b)(1)(C) shall apply as of October 1, 2027.
