2.1 STATEMENT OF BASIS AND PURPOSE
The purpose for the promulgation of these rules is to define and standardize continuing education requirements for Colorado licensed podiatrists. The statutory basis for the promulgation of these rules is found at sections 12-290-106(1)(a) and 12-290-119, C.R.S., as amended.
2.2 RULES AND REGULATIONS
