DEPARTMENT OF REGULATORY AGENCIES Colorado Podiatry Board RULE 110 - CONTINUING EDUCATION 3 CCR 712-2 [Editor’s Notes follow the text of the rules at the end of this CCR Document.] _________________________________________________________________________ STATEMENT OF BASIS AND PURPOSE The purpose for the promulgation of these rules is to define and standardize continuing education requirements for Colorado licensed podiatrists. The statutory basis for the promulgation of these rules is found at sections 12-32-104(1)(a) and 12-32-111, C.R.S., as amended. RULES AND REGULATIONS Licensees must attest at the time of renewal that they have obtained a minimum of 10 hours of continuing education sufficient to maintain currency in the field of podiatry. _________________________________________________________________________ Editor’s Notes History Code of Colorado Regulations 1
