RULE STANDARDS FOR PUBLIC SCHOOL BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES 1.1 PURPOSE: Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes sections 22-32-124 and 23-71-122 and 8-1-107 as amended, this regulation is promulgated to incorporate updated codes for the construction and inspection of public school buildings and structures, in the interest, safety and welfare of the general public.
1.2 REPEAL:All prior standards for public school buildings and structures are hereby repealed.
1.3 EFFECTIVE DATE: The standards shall be effective September 30, 1999.
Emergency Amendments to 7 C.C.R 1110-7 The Director of Oil and Public Safety hereby adopts the following emergency rules: Section 2.1 Standards After duly conducting a public hearing thereon, in accordance with C.R.S. 24-4-103, as amended, the Colorado Division of Oil and Public Safety does hereby adopt and promulgate as Colorado standards for erection and for purposes of inspection, of public school buildings and structures of the following codes as being the published codes of nationally recognized associations or organizations.

3.1 AVAILABILITY- The Division Of Labor shall maintain copies of the complete texts of the codes hereinabove, adopted as said standards, at the Boiler and Public Safety Offices, which copies shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours.
