The board of trade shall make available to market authorities, market participants, and the public accurate information concerning:

1. (a) The terms and conditions of the contracts of the contract market; and

2. (b)

   1. (1) The rules, regulations and mechanisms for executing transactions on or through the facilities of the contract market, and

   2. (2) The rules and specifications describing the operation of the contract market's:

      1. (i) Electronic matching platform, or
      2. (ii) Trade execution facility.
