Certified Mobile Farmers' Market Registration and Fees.

- (a) A registration fee shall be collected to fund a Certified Mobile Farmers' Market program.
- (b) Every operator of a certified mobile farmers' market shall remit to the Department of Food and Agriculture a registration fee of two-hundred dollars ($200.00) annually. The fee is due January 1 and shall be submitted with a form approved by the Secretary. Registration is valid for one full calendar-year: January 1 through December 31. A fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) shall be paid to the Department for registration amendments and shall be submitted with a form approved by the Secretary.
