Cal. Code Regs. tit. 3, § 1437.12 – Juice Grapes, Standard Containers.

(a) All juice grapes shall be placed in standard containers 38K, 38Q, 38R, or 38RPC.
(b) These containers shall be considered standard when they are packed with pads, inner liners, or any other device as long as the inside volume of the container is not reduced by more than 10 percent. Vacant spaces resulting from the use of such devices shall be readily visible.
