1. (a) Not more than 5 percent, by count, of the tangerines or mandarins in any container or bulk lot may fail to meet the requirements of Section 1430.7.
2. (b) Not more than 10 percent, by count, of the tangerines or mandarins in any container or bulk lot may fail to meet the requirements of Section 1430.48 because of freezing or drying.
