All cantaloupes shall be packed in regular compact arrangement in standard container numbers 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 44A, 44C, 44D, 44E, 44H, 44I, 44J, 44K, 44N, 44P, 44Q, and 44R.

This Section does not apply to: cantaloupes which are in a retail establishment in possession of a retailer for the purpose of a resale directly to consumers.
