1. (a) Cabbage which is sold to the Armed Forces of the United States and labeled in accordance with U.S. Military requirements need not comply with standard container requirements or marking requirements.
2. (b) Cabbage to be used for shredding, chopping or sectioning for salad products need not comply with Section 1418.5 as to containers.
3. (c) Red Cabbage need not comply with Section 1418.3 as to quality or 1418.5 as to containers.
