1. (a) Tomatoes shall not be dumped within 500 yards of inspection stations.

2. (b) Truck trailers shall not be drained within 250 yards of stations unless emptied into a drainage facility approved by the director. Examples of acceptable drainage facilities are:

   1. (1) city sewer systems,
   2. (2) paved pads with a large, closed holding tank buried in the ground, or
   3. (3) an open ditch more than 250 yards from work site.
