1. A. Procedure. The administrative law judge may hold a prehearing conference. The conference may be held telephonically. The administrative law judge may issue a prehearing order outlining the issues to be discussed.
2. B. Record. The administrative law judge may record any agreements reached during a prehearing conference by electronic or mechanical means, or memorialize them in an order.
