Within 7 days of the Office’s receipt of a request for hearing, the Office shall provide the agency in writing with:

1. 1. The name of the administrative law judge assigned to hear the matter;
2. 2. The date, time, and location of the hearing; and
3. 3. The docket number assigned by the Office.
