Editor's Note: This Chapter was repealed by operation of law. A.R.S. § 41-1001 excludes political subdivisions of the state from the definition of "agency." Therefore, the rules of the Pima County Parks and Recreation Commission are no longer certified by the Attor­ney General's Office nor are they filed in the Secretary of State's Office as specified in Attorney General opinion I93-002.
