Title 41, Chapter 6 means that the Game and Fish Commission did not submit notice of this rulemaking to the Secretary of State’s Office for publication in the Arizona Administrative Register; the Governor’s Regulatory Review Council did not review these rules; the Commission was not required to hold public hearings on these rules; and the Attorney General did not certify these rules. Because this Chapter contains rules which are exempt from the regular rulemaking process, the Chapter is printed on blue paper.
