Section 1. General Information.
(a) The current fee schedule shall appear in the official records of the Board's activities and be kept on file in the Board office. (b) At the time of application, a copy of the current fee schedule shall be provided to applicants. (c) Fees shall be paid in the exact amount, by money order or cashier's check and shall be paid in advance of the services rendered. Fees for renewal of licensure may be paid by personal check. (d) All fees collected by the Board are non-refundable.
Section 2. Fees. Services for which the Board charges a fee shall include but is not limited to the following schedule:
