Section 1. Reinstatement After Disciplinary Action. A person whose license or certification has been revoked, suspended, or has had limitations placed thereon may petition the Board for reinstatement of the license or certification.
(a) A petition for reinstatement shall be accompanied by at least two (2) verified recommendations from certified professionals in the discipline and by at least two (2) recommendations from citizens each having personal knowledge of the activities of the petitioner since the disciplinary action was ordered.
(b) A petition for reinstatement may be considered at the next meeting of the Board that is held but not earlier than sixty (60) days after the petition is filed.
(c) Any petition for reinstatement of a license or certification shall be conclusively acted upon by the Board within one hundred and eighty (180) days after the filing of a proper petition and the necessary accompanying documents with the Board.
(d) There shall be no right to a formal hearing on any petition for reinstatement.
Section 3. License or Certification Renewal. The license or certification shall not be reinstated until a renewal application together with the proper renewal fee is received by the Board.
