Section 1. All decisions of the Disability Committee shall be submitted to the Wyoming Retirement Board for approval. The decision of the board shall be final.
Section 2. Notice of Decision. Whenever the Disability Committee makes an adverse decision regarding the application of any applicant, the Disability Committee shall, before any such decision shall be acted upon, give notice in writing thereof to any such applicant, together with the written reasons therefor, to be submitted by certified mail to the then known address of any such applicant or to be served upon the applicant in accordance with applicable Rules of Civil Procedure in the State of Wyoming or in accordance with the provisions of these rules of practice. Proof of such written notice, together with the proof of mailing, shall be kept and retained in the records of the Wyoming Retirement System.
