CHAPTER 6

EMERGENCY RULES

Emergency Rules are no longer in effect 120 days after filing with the Secretary of State.

FEES

Section 1. Fees. This fee schedule is adopted by the Board pursuant to W.S. 33-1-201.

1. (a) Application Fee- $200.00
2. (b) Examination Fees
3. (i) Wyoming Law Only- $50.00
4. (ii) National Exam- Fee paid directly to provider
5. (iii) Practical Exam- $300.00
6. (c) Initial License Fee- $200.00
7. (d) Temporary Permit Fee- $300.00
8. (e) Temporary Permit Renewal Fee- $300.00
9. (f) License Renewal Fee- $300.00
10. (g) License Renewal Late Penalty- $100.00
11. (h) Non-sufficient Funds Fee- $ 30.00
12. (i) Rules and Regulations- $ 20.00

Section 2. Refunds.

1. (a) All fees are non-refundable and must be in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to the Hearing Aid Specialists Licensing Board.
2. (b) Only renewal fees may be paid by non-certified means.

Section 3. Applications Unaccompanied by Fees. No application shall be considered by the Board unless accompanied by the appropriate fee(s).

Section 4. Forfeiture of Examination Fees.

(a) If an applicant fails to appear for a scheduled examination, the examination fee shall be forfeited.

(b) The Board may negate forfeiture of examination fees for failure to appear at an examination upon written submission by the applicant of good cause.
