CHAPTER 7

DISCOVERY

Section 1. Generally.

(a) Discovery documents shall not be filed with the commission except when relief is sought pursuant to W.S. 16-3-107(c).

(b) Unless otherwise prohibited by law or limited by these rules or commission order, the taking of discovery shall be available to the parties in accordance with the provisions of 163-107(g) and Rules 26, 28 through 37 (excepting 37(b)(1) and 37(b)(2)(D) therefrom) of the Revised Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure.

Section 2. Limitations.

Unless otherwise ordered, no party may serve on any other party more than thirty (30) interrogatories in the aggregate. Each subpart shall be counted as a separate interrogatory.
