APPLICABILITY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE ACT

Section 1. Applicable to all Proceedings. All hearings, appeals, and other procedures as part of the administration of the Wyoming Employment Security Law, shall be governed by the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. 16-3-101, et seq.
