CHAPTER 1

AUTHORITY FOR ADOPTION AND AMENDMENT OF RULES AND TITLE OF RULES

Section 1. Statutory Authority. W.S. 27-3-602(b) authorizes the Commission to adopt, amend, or rescind rules and regulations in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.

Section 2. Title. These rules (Chapter 1 through Chapter 33) are the Rules of the Wyoming Department of Employment, Unemployment Compensation Program as adopted by the Unemployment Insurance Commission and may be cited as the 'Rules of the Wyoming Unemployment Compensation Program.'
