2. Statement of the terms and substance of the proposed rule or a description of the subjects and issues involved: Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 11-18-119, the Veterinary Loan Repayment Program, the Wyoming Livestock Board promulgates these rules which are necessary to carry out the purpose of the Veterinary Loan Repayment Program. These rules describe the administration of the Program, including the eligibility and selection process.
3. Citation to each agency rule being amended or repealed: Chapter 23-Veterinary Loan Repayment Rules are being created. They are new rules.
4. If the proposed rules amend existing rules, a copy of the proposed rules in a format that clearly indicates additions to and deletions from existing language may be obtained at: Wyoming Livestock Board, 2020 Carey Ave 4th Floor, Cheyenne, WY 82002, Attn: Rules coordinator.
5. Statement of the time when, the place where, and the manner in which interested persons may present their views on the intended action: Written comments on the Proposed Rules may be submitted to Dr. Fred Emerich, Wyoming Livestock Board, 2020 Carey Ave 4th Floor, Cheyenne, WY 82002, Attn: Rules coordinator. The comment period shall be from May 12 through June 27, 2008.
6. (If not already scheduled as shown by Item 7 below) A public hearing will be held if requested by 25 persons, a governmental subdivision or by an association having not less than 25 members. Requests for a public hearing may be addressed to: Dr. Fred Emerich, Wyoming Livestock Board, 2020 Carey Ave 4th Floor, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
