STANDARDS FOR CERTIFICATION OF PROVIDERS OF SUBSTITUTE CARE SERVICES FOR CHILDREN ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING

Section 1. Administrative Hearing Request.

Procedures to be used for the conduct of administrative hearings will be those filed by the Department. These rules will be mailed to the provider or applicant requesting an administrative hearing upon receipt of the request. Any provider, director or his/her representative may make a request to the Department, in writing, for an administrative hearing in a contested case.
