CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT DIVISION CHAPTER 9 STATE REGISTRIES

Section 1. State Case Registry.

CSED shall submit all State Case Registry (IV-D and non-IV-D child support case information) to the Federal Case Registry as required by the Welfare Reform Act of 1996 and other applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations.

Section 2. State Directory of New Hires.

CSED shall maintain a registry of all newly hired employees for submission to the National Directory of New Hires according to the Welfare Reform Act of 1996.
