(a) Wyo. Stat. § 9-2-2006 created the Wyoming Department of Family Services. The Child Support Enforcement Act (Wyo. Stat. § 20-6-101-112) requires the Department of Family Services (DFS) to establish a program in cooperation with the federal government pursuant to Title IV-D of the Social Security Act and other applicable federal regulations to aid in:
(b) Wyo. Stat. § 20-6-103(b) requires DFS to designate a division to administer the child support enforcement program. Wyo. Stat. § 20-6-106(n) grants DFS the authority to adopt rules and regulations necessary to carry out the program.
If any provision of these Rules is declared unconstitutional or contrary to federal or state laws or regulations, the remaining provisions shall not be affected by the declaration.
