Chapter 12

PROMOTER RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY INSPECTOR

Emergency Rules are no longer in effect 120 days after filing with the Secretary of State

Section 1. The promoter is required to have at least one inspector or Board commissioner at its event. The promoter shall pay a fee of $200 per event, plus reasonable reimbursement for lodging and travel to the inspector.
