This regulation is issued pursuant to the authority vested in the Wyoming Insurance Commissioner under W.S. 26-3-123 of the Wyoming Insurance Code and W.S. 16-3-101, et seq., the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
The purpose of this regulation is to define the annual statement blank which shall be filed with the Department on or before March 1 of each year or within any extended time the commissioner grants, not to exceed thirty (30) days.
This regulation applies to all insurers reporting to the Wyoming Insurance Department as required by W.S. 26-3-123.
All companies reporting to the Wyoming Insurance Department in accordance with the requirements of W.S. 26-3-123 shall file with the Department the appropriate National Association of Insurance Commissioners' annual statement blank which shall be prepared in accordance with the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Annual Statement Instructions and follow those accounting procedures and practices prescribed by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Accounting Practice and Procedures Manual.
Any section or provision of this regulation held by a Court to be invalid or unconstitutional shall not affect the validity of any other section or provision of this regulation.
This regulation shall be effective upon filing with the Secretary of State.
