Section 1. These rules are adopted pursuant to W.S. 35-9-124 (a) and W.S. 16-3-102.
Section 2. Membership of the Board. As provided in W.S. 35-9-103 (c), the Board consists of five (5) members appointed by the governor for six (6) year terms. At least one (1) member and no more than (2) two shall be journeymen electricians, one (1) and no more than (2) two shall be master electricians, and at least one (1) and no more than (2) two shall be electrical contractors.
Section 3. Officers of the Board. The Board at its first meeting after March 1, shall choose from its members a Chairman, a Vice Chairman, and a Secretary. A quorum shall consist of three (3) members.
