WYOMING GAME AND FISH COMMISSION

CHAPTER XXXV

REGULATION ON WYOMING CONSERVATION STAMPS

Section 1. Authority. These rules are promulgated by authority of W.S. 23-1-302 (xxii).

Section 2. Definition. For the purpose of this regulation, definitions will be set forth in Title 23, Wyoming Statutes.

Section 3. Validation of Wyoming Conservation Stamp. Hunters and/or fishermen purchasing a conservation stamp for the purpose set forth in Section 23-2-306 W.S. shall validate same by signing in ink in the space provided on the face of the stamp.

The validated stamp must be in possession while engaged in the act of hunting or fishing and immediately produced for inspection upon request from an officer authorized to enforce this regulation.
