Section 1. Authority. These rules are promulgated by authority of Section 23-3-111, Wyoming Statutes.
Section 2. Definition. For the purpose of this regulation, definitions will be as set forth in Title 23, Wyoming Statutes.
Section 3. Firearms which are legal in addition to those defined as legal by Wyoming Statute. Firearms as authorized in this Section shall be legal for taking all or any big or trophy game animals, providing cartridges used are loaded with a lead, soft, or expanding point bullet:
a. .41 Remington Magnum b. .44 Remington Magnum c. .44 Auto Magnum d. .45 Winchester Magnum e. .454 Casull
f. Any cartridge, .35 caliber or larger, which has a factory load available that, according to the published ballistics tables of the manufacturer, produces at least 500 foot pounds of energy at 100 yards when fired from a handgun.
