Department of Commerce Concession Rules

CHAPTER 1

Section 1. Purpose. These rules are adopted to establish a procedure for the Department to lease, rent or license concessions on State of Wyoming outdoor recreational facilities pursuant to W.S. 36-4-110.

Section 2. Authority. Authority for the promulgation of these rules is granted in W.S. 36-4-115.

Section 3. Interpretation. The Director of the Department of Commerce is solely responsible for providing the official interpretation of these rules in cases of apparent internal conflicts between rules, or when questions arise about their application to specific situations, procedures or policies.
