Chapter 10: Filing Fees for Interstate Acquisition a Wyoming Financial Institution

Section 1. Authority. The regulations contained in Chapter X, Rules and Regulations of the State Banking Commissioner, State of Wyoming, are promulgated in accordance with W.S. 13-9-303, and the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, (W.S. 16-3-101 through 16-3-115).
Section 2. Filing Fee for Interstate Acquisition of a Wyoming Financial Institution. The filing fee for an out-of-state financial institution to acquire an in-state financial institution shall be four thousand five hundred dollars, $4,500.00.
