CHAPTER 1 AUTHORITY FOR ADOPTION AND AMENDMENT OF RULES

Section 1. Statutory Authority. W.S. 27-3-602(b) authorizes the Commission to adopt, amend, or rescind rules and regulations in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act.
