(a) The board shall establish and collect non-refundable fees, not exceeding the amounts indicated, for the following:

| (v) | Restoration fee after one year - Barber | 65.00 |

| (vii) | Shop license (annual) | 50.00 |
| (viii) | Shop renewal fee after July 31 of each year | 55.00 |
| (ix) | New shop license inspection | 100.00 |
| (x) | Change of location of inspection | 75.00 |
| (xi) | Barber school application | 150.00 |
| (xii) | Barber school license (annual) | 300.00 |
| (xiii) | Barber instructors certificate (annual) | 100.00 |
| (xiv) | Instructor examination | 100.00 |
| (xv) | Barber license by reciprocity | 150.00 |
