Section 1. Authority and Reasons for Adoption. The Board of Agriculture may promulgate, adopt and publish rules and regulations in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and W.S. 11-12-104(c) and W.S. 11-12-113 for the purpose of establishing a list of restricted noxious weed seeds and establishing a tolerance for each restricted species and for the purpose of carrying out W.S. 11-12-101 through W.S. 11-12-123. In no case shall the tolerance on restricted noxious weed seed exceed forty-five (45) seeds per pound in small seeded crops and five (5) seeds per pound in small grains and seeds of similar size.
Section 2. Restricted Noxious Weeds. The tolerance on the following restricted noxious weed seed shall not exceed forty-five (45) seeds per pound in small seeded crops and five (5) seeds per pound in small grains and seeds of similar size.
Section 3. Restricted Noxious Weeds. The tolerance on the following restricted noxious weed seed shall be zero (0) seeds per pound in all seed.
