Section 1. Authority. Pursuant to the authority vested in the Commissioner of Agriculture, in accordance with Section 11231, Wyoming Statutes 1957, as amended, the following regulations pertaining to potato standards are hereby promulgated and adopted.
Section 2. Official Potato Standards. Potatoes shall be graded according to United States Standards as set forth by the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing Service, and effective as of July 15, 1958. These standards shall be known as the official potato standards in the State of Wyoming. Any further changes in these standards shall be considered as changes in the Wyoming regulations as well, and shall be in effect in this state from and after their adoption by the United States Department of Agriculture.
