CHAPTER XXI

REGULATIONS FOR WYOMING GRAIN STANDARDS

Section 1. Authority. Pursuant to the authority vested in the Commissioner of Agriculture, in accordance with Section 11162, Wyoming Statutes 1957, the following regulations pertaining to grain standards, are hereby promulgated and adopted.

Section 2. Official Grain Standards. All grain which is defined under the United States Grain Standards Act, as amended, which is graded, shall be according to that Act. The United States Grain Standards Act, as amended, and the regulations thereunder as amended, shall be known as the official grain standards of the State of Wyoming.
