Section 1. Authority. The Secretary of State, pursuant to W.S. 9-1-303(d) is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations to set the fees for the printing of documents.
Section 2. Purpose. These rules are adopted to promote the uniform administration of purchase fees for the Constitution of the State of Wyoming and the Directory of state departments and selected employees.
Section 3. Definitions.
(a) "Constitution" means the Constitution of the State of Wyoming. (b) "Directory" means a directory of state departments and selected employees.
Section 4. Fees for Printing of Constitution and Directory.
(a) The Secretary of State shall print the following documents and make them available to the public as set forth below:
(i) A directory of state departments and selected employees: $7.00 (ii) Constitution of the State of Wyoming: $2.00
