ALLOCATION OF PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND LIMIT EMERGENCY RULES

CHAPTER 1

Section 1. Authority. Wyo. Stat. § 9-1-219 authorizes the Governor to establish rules and regulations providing for the allocation of the private activity bond limit. These emergency rules are being promulgated pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 16-3-103(b).

Section 2. Duration of Emergency Rules. Emergency rules are no longer in effect 120 days after filing with the Secretary of State.

Section 3. Repeal of Existing Rules. The existing rules governing the Governor’s allocation of the private activity bond limit, entitled “Chapter 1 Allocation For Tax Exempt Bonds,” are hereby repealed.

Section 4. Suspension on Allocations. For the duration of these emergency rules, no allocation shall be made from the Governor’s pool allocation or from the Governor’s reserve allocation.
