W. Va. Code § 5B-2A-4

Transferring the powers, duties, and responsibilities of the Office of Coalfield Community Development into a program within the Office of Energy.

  1. (a) The Office of Coalfield Community Development all the powers, rules, duties, and responsibilities previously granted and authorized to the Office pursuant to this article are hereby transferred into a program within the Office of Energy.
  2. (b) The Director of the Office of Energy may hire such assistants and clerical staff as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of the program.
